         
2002 GMC Envoy, Oldsmobile Bravada, All with Electronic Air Suspension Problem: Electrical spike from air suspension disrupts powertrain control module; vehicle stalls and may not restart. Fix: Install wiring jumper harness. 2003 Ford Excursion & F-250 Through F-550, All with 6-Liter Diesel Engines Problem: Loose engine ground attachment sends current to alternative path, creating a fire hazard. Fix: Replace engine ground stud; inspect other components: replace those that show damage. 2005 Chrysler 300, Dodge Magnum Problem: Loose battery cable fastener at bulkhead stud may cause instrument panel fire. Fix: Tighten fastener. 2004 Jeep Liberty with 3.7 Liter Engine Problem: Wiring damaged by valve cover studs can start fire under hood. Fix: Place protective caps on valve cover studs and reroute wiring.
