         
The 200 and 700-900 Series Volvos are experiencing some strange reactions due to poor grounds. Below are some conditions to take notice of: 1.) Wipers coming on when headlights are turned off. 2.) Poor A/C performance (compressor turning on and off). 3.) Engine dies and will not restart because the headlights are turned on or everything is fine until the high beams or turn signals are used. There are grounding bars located through out the car and should be checked. Also check the bolt that is holding the ground bar and crimp connections of any wires.
