         
Instructions- IAR to 3G Replacement 1) Remove negative battery cable. 2) Remove regulator plug, BBS plug, from alternator and remove alternator from vehicle. 3) Size up alternator’s for mounting holes and brackets. Match pulley grooves and alignment. 4) Install new alternator. 5) On the wires from old alternator (IAR) cut the small black and white wire on the BBS plug. Crimp and solder female plug lead part number 46-2804. 6) Cut the two heavy black and orange wires. Crimp and solder them into an eye terminal. 7) Connect the alternator electrically. 8) Reconnect the negative battery cable. 9) Start engine and check charging system. 65-75 amp 95amp 7085-2, 10 use 7752-10 7731-2, 10 7752-10 7716-2, 10 7749-2 7736-2, 10 7749-2
