         
Honda TSB #98-020 replaces the original alternator with a higher output one and at the same time adds a timer device to the rear window defogger to limit electrical load. Honda TSB #98-029 checks voltage drops from B terminal of alternator to battery positive terminal with all the electrical load on. If voltage is above 0.4 volt then tighten B terminal nut and the bolt attaching the white wire to the underhood fuse/relay box. See both TSB for complete details. Source: APRA Global Conn.
